Suppliers that need help with website navigation or general assistance may use the “Open Chat” function located at the bottom right of the website 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Live Customer Service Representatives are available using the “Chat with a Representative” option during normal CBIC Customer Service Center hours between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Before submitting a question to the CBIC Customer Service Center, please review the information available on this website, including the FAQs section, where answers to common questions are already posted. If your question is not answered there, suppliers may also email the CBIC Customer Service Center. However, please do not include any protected health information.

Our goal is to reply to inquiries within five business days. Please note that more complex inquiries requiring additional research or coordination may require additional time beyond this standard timeframe. If that happens, we will make every effort to provide you with an interim update. See below for claims or enrollment questions as the CBIC is not able to assist with those inquiries.
